RETURN POLICY

After 7 days, all sales are final.

Orders/Items can be returned for exchanges only within 7 days of purchase. No customized or personalized products are eligible exchange. If an return or exchange is made, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original product and shipping charges for the new product to be shipped. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, you will still be responsible for the cost of the outbound and inbound shipping and those costs will be deducted from any refund due. If a product is defective, we must be made aware of the defect within 72 hours of receiving the order. In the event of a defect, an even exchange will be provided at no charge and must be exchanged in it’s original packaging
